Biding My Time
Biding My Time is a story about loving yourself, and finding the love of your life. Serena was severely bullied in high school. Her account of the bullying broke my heart. She suffered and almost gave up. But as the years past she learned to love herself and her talents. I'm a theater nerd, so I enjoyed Serena's acting and singing. At her 10 year reunion Serena is all grown up, self-assured, empowered, and finally loving herself. But the journey just begins when she sees her high school boyfriend and love of her life. This time he has to prove that he's good enough for her.
Bravo to Sarah L. Roth for giving us a strong, yet vulnerable heroine. From page one I was cheering Serena on. It took me awhile to forgive Connor for the way he treated her in school, but I learned to love him. Sarah did a great job setting the scene and pulling at my heartstrings. I'm so looking forward to more stories from this new author.
